At 24 Karat Restaurant, we function on the staunch principles of TQM-Total Quality Management.

  • 100% kitchen hygiene (I would prefer 100% hygiene in the kitchen as it is more of a proper grammatical usage for written English), use of fresh quality products and impeccable service shall be the benchmarks for perfection in performance while adhering to HACCP rules and regulations.
  • Ensures that our management and staffs are fully trained in the use of Performance-Indicating Technology, learning from and adapting to more efficient systems
  • Our culture of professionalism, honesty and performance, is maintained and passed down to all levels.
